rhetorical analysis topic (project #2)
For my rhetorical analysis, I’m currently deciding between two articles. The first article I’m interested in discusses wither woman are viewed as equals in our society. The author argues that they are not. She introduces some very interesting ideas on the topic as well as predicts what she thinks will happen in the future with regards to equality. She further goes into the unequal pay between women and men and explains her views on the topic. The second article is about global warming, and the impact it has on the earth. The author of this article supports his claim by describing the effects of greenhouse gases and describing the process of deforestation. He believes everyone needs to be conscious of there carbon foot print and be as environmentally friendly as possible. For example, walking or biking instead or driving, or being conscious of the amount of energy used. I’m interested in both articles to use for my rhetorical analysis. It will be harder for me to write about them because I have a very biased view on both topics.
